Direct Democratic System

Background:
I am an Indian citizen and I have created this blog to express my views on democratic system of India in specific and democracy in general from the prospective of 21 century advancements (educational, technological, journalism etc..) in society.

I took the liberty, to freely express and share my views, given to me by my Indian constitution on 26-Jan-1950 as fundamental rights.

I hope my prospective employer will honor my individual entity and respect my rights to participate in democracy thus will ignore this blogs when collecting information about myself when recruiting me.

My thoughts on word Politics used in media and in discussions (very important):

Politics in general is lobbying others, towards achieving one's goal, called agenda.
Politics can be done individually but usually people form groups.
we all do this knowingly or unknowingly from very early of our life.
in a very simple form children makes groups of friends and when a member is offended
other children in group help him by offending the other children.

so for me politics is not a dirty word, politics is lobbying by all means (even fair and unfair), and every individual or group is doing politics (pushes his wish whatsoever it is)
this is why i do not ask anyone weather they are in politics or doing politics.
(like media asks Anna Hazare, Baba Ramdev that you are doing politics)

There is a distinction, when democratic system is applied on politics or politics is exercised within democratic system - the distinction is that physical violence (very much used in the era of Kings) is removed to an larger extent though on 5-jun-2011 early morning congress alliance public servants did strike peaceful and sleeping public in delhi on ramleela ground at 1 am (half night) violating their fundamental right of freedom of peaceful gathering and fundamental right of freedom of speech whatsoever it may be. Congress lead government, a public servant government acted as king and send police like kings soldier to crush opposition as happened all along history :(.

I request to media to stop treating them as king and begin treat them as servent.

I request to media that stop using the word government rather use every time public government.

Defining Party System in Democratic System (very important):

I saw many people posing the supremacy of parliament over public society as though the member of parliament are born king and a king always has rights on the land and the people who lives on there.

king does not ask the public their wish, opinion and makes law whatever suits to himself.

well on the other hand a party system is a system of an informal groups of people from bottom (groups of around 10 people) to the highest  topic wise groups on national level (like environmental policies, healthcare, policies, tranportation policies etc..)
a dynamic group which is formed dynamically on topics only, strictly one topic one group.
one person is member of all the topics he choose to.
a son is agreed on one topic with his father and both joins a matching group for that topic but on another
topic both are not agreed and joins different groups

every person lobbies in his group and the group representative lobbies among group representatives at higher level and so on. every decision comes from the bottom of the pyramid not from elected representative (elected representatives are just a stamp to the decisions made from bottom of topic group system like president is just a stamp of parliament, ,request to media to please highlight this, if public representative does not get approval of their people through their party system or whatever means their constituency people choose then their decisions in parliament are undemocratic, and we just replaced permanent kings with elected kings)

Direct Democratic System

1. grouping, lobbying is just to educate or swing others to the opinions, making momentum


2. the election should be for topics not for constituencies, like environment cabinet of 11 representative, transportation cabinet of 11 representative, Lokpal cabinet of 11 representatives.
representatives are just to do office, paper work not to decide any thing, decision comes directly from mobile phone voting.

3. by mobile phone (specialized network and software) everyone should vote on every and each topic, subtopic directly.
This is true democratic system

4. out of seven days one day in week should be considered as social day (responsible citizenship), one day in week should be considered as personal day and five days should be working day.

Lokpal Bill

1. I want the Anna Hazare team should prepare a draft and Kapil Sibbel team should prepare a draft.

2. public elected servants should present both drafts to the public to vote like election and whichever draft gets more votes public elected servants should stamp them in parliament and implement the clauses within six months.

3. Lokpal should be likewise election commission and SEBI (must not be like TRAI), a completely independent body who can takes suo motu action itself like SEBI and Election commission and has authority to punish like SEBI and election commission. if anyone is not agreed with their decision they can challenge them in court obviously ;)

4. Lokpal body must not be like TRAI which has no power except recommendation and the result is 2G scam. Lokpal body must be like SEBI and Election Commission of India. Lokpal body must be able to punish the corrupt people from prime minister to office boy if any one says he has been unjustified he can go to court to challenge the decision as current congress lead public elected servant are saying about ramleela ground incident.

(We all know the same public servant machinery works corruption less under election commission but get involved in all type of corruption once fall under prime minister office)

To Baba Ramdev

Baba one can not fight with gundas by being only nice (this is why all good people are out of election participation)
The Gundas will come and beat you, laugh at you.
if being nice policy has been worked then after 1965 china attack Nehru has not been raising army.

We got liberty from British by using two sided punch.
one side was the sheer pressure from families in the form of satyagraha (families can not participate armed action)
second side was the krantikaries who punish the British officers who tried to use force against satyagrahies

with this two side of punch, there was a lot of public on road for satyagraha and if British take force action the kranti kari people take care of those officers.

so British has not been able to suppress satyagrahi as day by day as officers who took force action was killed and then slowly they stopped taking action out of fear to be killed by krantikaries.

so it is time to raise your own political party (rather then concentrating self defend) like Baba Saheb Thakre, get your people elected and send them to the parliamnet to change the system.
